Greetings! My name is Tristan Anderson and my culinary training began in 1995 when I was 15 through the expert guidance of my Grandmother who is a Nutritionist and my Step-Father who is a professional chef. My nutrient dense recipes are a distillation of their wisdom combined with my continual scientific research, coaching of over 300 nutritional counseling clients, and experimentation to optimize nutrient density and flavors.
