Recipe Instructions
SERVINGS: 3 (8 ounces per serving)
INGREDIENTS:
~ 20 ounces filtered mineral water
~ 1.5 cups raw organic cashews
~ 3 tablespoons organic vanilla paste
~ 3 tablespoons organic maple syrup
~ 2 tablespoons dried organic lucuma powder
DIRECTIONS:
1. Order the ingredients from the links above.
2. Pre-soak the pumpkin seeds in water for 6 hours then place all of the ingredients in a nut milk maker and select the raw milk program.
3. Pour your milk through a strainer (comes with the nut milk maker) into a large glass jar with tight lid.
4. Consume 8 ounces per day (warmed or cold) with breakfast or as a snack.
5. Store extra servings in the fridge and consume within 5 days.
