Maple Brazil Nut Milk Recipe

Supply your body with fatty acids, fiber, carbohydrates, amino acids, and a variety of minerals, mainly selenium. The caramel sweetness of lucuma fruit and maple syrup deliciously compliment the rich, buttery, nutty flavor of brazil nut milk. Recipe Instructions

SERVINGS: 3 (8 ounces per serving)

INGREDIENTS:

~ 16 ounces filtered mineral water

~ 9 raw organic brazil nuts

~ 6 tablespoons dried organic coconut meat shreds

~ 3 tablespoons organic maple syrup

~ 2 tablespoons dried organic lucuma powder

DIRECTIONS:

1. Order the ingredients from the links above.

2. Pre-soak the brazil nuts in water for 6 hours then place all of the ingredients in a nut milk maker and select the raw milk program. Brazil nuts are extremely high in the mineral selenium so only 3 should be consumed per day.

3. Pour your milk through a strainer (comes with the nut milk maker) into a large glass jar with tight lid.

4. Consume 8 ounces per day (warmed or cold) with breakfast or as a snack.

5. Store extra servings in the fridge and consume within 5 days.
