SERVINGS: 3 (8 ounces per serving)

INGREDIENTS:

~ 20 ounces filtered mineral water

~ 1.5 cups raw organic walnuts

~ 2 tablespoons dried organic lucuma powder

~ 1 tablespoon organic maple syrup

DIRECTIONS:

1. Order the ingredients from the links above.

2. Pre-soak the walnuts in water for 6 hours then place all of the ingredients in a nut milk maker and select the raw milk program.

3. Pour your milk through a strainer (comes with the nut milk maker) into a large glass jar with tight lid.

4. Consume 8 ounces per day (warmed or cold) with breakfast or as a snack.

5. Store extra servings in the fridge and consume within 5 days.
