SERVINGS: 2

INGREDIENTS:

~ 16 ounces fresh organic triple coconut milk
~ 1 cup fresh or frozen organic mangoes
~ 1 cup fresh or frozen organic pineapples
~ 4 tablespoons dried grass-fed whey protein powder (from jersey cows)
~ 1 tablespoon fresh organic lime juice

DIRECTIONS:

1. Make the triple coconut milk by following my recipe in the link above.

2. Order the remaining ingredients from the links given.

3. Add the ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.

4. Pour 1/2 half of the smoothie into a large glass and serve as breakfast or lunch for two days straight.
